SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

MedAdvise Insurance Group sends text messages (SMS) to clients and prospective clients who have opted in. Messages may include: (a) appointment scheduling, reminders, and service messages, and (b) with your consent, information about Medicare plan options, enrollment periods, and annual plan reviews.

2. Opt-in

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, by texting [KEYWORD] to [NUMBER], or by providing written consent on a paper or electronic form. After you opt in, we will send a confirmation message; reply YES to confirm your enrollment in the program (double opt-in).

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies (typically up to [4] messages per month, with more frequent messages around your appointments or during Medicare enrollment periods).

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the program.

5. Opt-out

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed; no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. You may also opt out by any reasonable method, including calling (253) 256-1637 or emailing carrie@medadviseinsurance.com.

7. Carriers

Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from MedAdvise Insurance Group.

9. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

10. Eligibility and miscellaneous

You must be 18 or older and the account holder (or have the account holder’s permission) for the mobile number you enroll. The program is available for U.S. numbers only. We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version. We may suspend or terminate the program at any time.
