Accessibility
This website was designed for older eyes and hands from the start, and we are committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we've built in
- Large, readable text throughout — body text is at least 18 pixels on every page.
- High color contrast between text and backgrounds.
- Large tap and click targets, with generous spacing.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
- No content that moves, flashes, or animates under the cursor; reduced-motion preferences are respected.
- Clear headings, descriptive link text, and alt text on images.
- Phone numbers are click-to-call, and TTY 711 is supported.
Room to improve?
If any part of this site is hard for you to use — with a screen reader, magnifier, keyboard, or anything else — please tell us. Call (253) 256-1637 (TTY 711) or use the contact page, and we will fix it or provide the information another way.
And as always: everything on this website is available the old-fashioned way, too — over the phone or across the table.
