Who we are
MedAdvise Insurance Group (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an independent insurance agency owned and operated by Carrie Hagel, a licensed insurance producer in Washington State (WA license #1170956, NPN 20436057). We help Washington residents compare and enroll in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Medicare Part D prescription drug plans. Information we collect
- Contact information — name, phone number, email address, mailing address or ZIP code.
- Medicare-related information you choose to share — date of birth, Medicare eligibility dates, current coverage, and, during plan consultations, your doctors, pharmacies, and medications so we can compare plans for you.
- Appointment and communication records — appointment details, emails, text messages, and recordings of sales and enrollment calls that federal Medicare rules require us to record and retain.
- Website data — pages visited, device and browser information, and cookies or similar analytics technologies.
How we use your information
- To compare Medicare plans and prepare quotes at your request.
- To process applications and enrollments with insurance carriers.
- To schedule appointments and send reminders and service messages.
- To send marketing communications — only with your consent.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping requirements (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Washington Office of the Insurance Commissioner).

Who we share information with
- Insurance carriers we represent — to obtain quotes and process the enrollment you request.
- Service providers who help us operate (appointment scheduling, text messaging platform, website hosting, email), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Government agencies and regulators when required by law (CMS, Washington OIC).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with other third-party marketing organizations without your prior express written consent, as required by federal Medicare marketing rules (42 CFR § 422.2274(g)(4)).
How we protect your information
