Is your help really free?
Yes, always. There is never a monetary exchange between myself and my clients.
Do I have to sign up for Medicare at 65?
Most people should, but not everyone. If you’re still working with employer coverage, or you have VA or TRICARE benefits, the timing can differ — and getting it wrong can mean penalties. It’s worth a conversation before your window opens.
What happens after I enroll?
I stay your advisor. When something in your life changes — a move, a new prescription, a new diagnosis — you call me, not a call center.
Do you only work with veterans?
Not at all. Much of my client base is retired military and their spouses, so VA and TRICARE For Life questions are a specialty — but I help anyone in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Texas, Nevada, Georgia, or Florida who’s navigating Medicare.
I’m overwhelmed. Where do I start?
With a phone call. Thirty minutes, no pressure, no obligation — we’ll figure out where you are, what your deadlines are, and what actually matters in your situation. That’s usually enough to turn the pile of mail into a short list.
