# Accessibility

This website was designed for older eyes and hands from the start, and we are committed to meeting the **Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA**.

## What we've built in

- Large, readable text throughout — body text is at least 18 pixels on every page.
- High color contrast between text and backgrounds.
- Large tap and click targets, with generous spacing.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
- No content that moves, flashes, or animates under the cursor; reduced-motion preferences are respected.
- Clear headings, descriptive link text, and alt text on images.
- Phone numbers are click-to-call, and TTY 711 is supported.

## Room to improve?

If any part of this site is hard for you to use — with a screen reader, magnifier, keyboard, or anything else — please tell us. Call [(253) 256-1637](tel:+12532561637) (TTY 711) or use the [contact page](https://medadviseinsurance.com/contact/), and we will fix it or provide the information another way.

And as always: everything on this website is available the old-fashioned way, too — over the phone or across the table.
